Goals:

• Introduce tools for teacher collaboration and provide opportunities for their use.
  
• Continue to develop teacher confidence and skills in using technology tools for project based learning.
  
• Do the above in an effective, fun manner.

Parcipants will form their own groups based on subject area. All groups will work on the theme ‘Penguins’ and look at this theme through their subject area lens. Groups will start to develop a framework for a project based on this theme. Group members will use Google Docs for collaborative work.

Project Framework should include:

• Project Name
• Grade Level
• Curriculum Area(s)
• Topic
• Central Idea/Guiding Question
• Project Goals
• Framework (how will it be structured, what tools will be used, potential activities, formative and summative assessments, etc.)
