    kids in class are note-takers; kids want to listen; pictures v words
    be open to ideas; try one-two ideas

    Type with me: A programme that has real typing you can instantly see what people are doing and how much they are contributing to the conversation.

    Dabbleboard: is a white board that is interactive with other students.

    Misconceptions occur: had to talk about the how the seasons occur - not very much idea.

    We completed a survey that could be used to start a lesson on a topic.

    Misconceptions come with the students so we need to ensure that we know these to help with the learning process. Hard to change the misconceptions are hard to change unless we explicitly teach it.

    We can add tech, but we need think about pedagogy when we do this.

    Discuss question about teaching/learning with technology
    Apply the knowledge is very important

    Reverse flow of classwork and homework. Up-load information about the classwork on the wiki and then they come and to class with questions.
    Need to give instant feedback to try and stop the misconceptions, as the longer it takes that more they can be cemented in the brain.

    Children need to hear other children voices; screen casting - this defines their understanding and helps others in class.

    Really good research skills: Globalize your curriculum; teaching empathy and perspective.
