    The Data Centre:

You can change options in the data centre by scrolling through the red list of links until you see "Staff." From there, you can click on the question mark to find a list of teachers. Once you've found yourself, then click on Options to be able to toggle options, such as whether or not your want humour and vocabulary turned on. While there, you can go into the biography section and add important information about yourself.

In the data centre, there will sometime be options in which the administration can do appraisals directly on your section. However, in this case privacy will be set so that teachers will not be able to read personal information from each other.

There is a staff / parent section that allows you to see information about these areas. Areas that are highlighted in blue are clickable, being hyperlinks that will take you to different options. For example, a link on the parent area might take you to information about the children.

The parent area has an email section. In it, the parents have indicated whether there are emails available for only the father, only the mother, and for both. In the latter case, emails are generated to both parents. After typing the email, it is copied to the clipboard, which can then be pasted into an email.

There is section in which you can print a variety of different lists, including those with health concerns, class photos, etc.
