Noah The Earthquake

Once upon a time there was an plate called Noah.

Noah liked moving and jumping around a lot.

Noah always loved competing in movement competitions in who could move the longest.

One day Noah went to attend the competition.

Noah was against a boy who was very good at moving.

The judges would have a machine that told them how much he moved.

When it was Noah’s turn, He started shaking sideways.

He started shaking sideways even more.

And more...

And more...

He shaked until the machine exploded.

He had broken the record!!!

But Noah felt sad. So he asked the judge what he did wrong?

The judge said that he had caused an earthquake...

Noah asked what a earthquake was and he said

An earthquake is when someone rubs sideways on something or shakes a lot!!!

We measured how strong it was with this machine, a seismograph!

You were lucky that it wasn’t big or else you could have killed us... Thats why we have big barriers and strong building that makes sure this building doesn’t collapse.

Some earthquakes are really strong and can kill a person.

Wow I didn’t know that!

But aren’t you happy you won this competition?
