Paints and inks- watercolors are soft and watery.
Stationaries- scissors, sharpeners and glue (not recommending water glue).
How to draw cities:
City streets are full of exciting shapes. Follow the steps below to make your own city scene!
1) Lightly sketch the outline of different buildings across the bottom of the paper.
2) Draw taller buildings behind. Use a ruler to keep your lines straight.
3) Sketch in building details, such as doors and windows. Make details smaller in the background, so some buildings look farther away.
4) Go over the outlines of your buildings in wax crayons or pastels. Use a different color for each building.
5) Color the rest of your picture using strong bright colors. Paint a colorful and imaginary sky behind your city, or cut out a row of buildings and glue it to a sheet of colored paper.

Firefighters wears a special fabric named Nomex. The special fabric is fire retardant, so if the fabric touches fire it won’t catch on fire. It’s a big lifesaver for them because if they wore normal clothing, there’s a good chance tat all the sparks flying around would light it on fire. In order to work on fire, they also have to carry a folded-up fire shelter. A fire shelter looks like a one-person tent made of aluminum and fiberglass.
They have to wear a hard hat, because there are snags, such as dead trees or falling branches, that can hit them. There are actually numerous things that can fall. They also have an IA (Initial Attack) pack, which is basically a backpack that carries quite a bit of water. They also carry other things in the pack, usually one change of clothes and some fusees, which are ignition devices kind of like very hot flares. One of the ways firefighters try to save themselves from entrapment is to use a fusee to light another fire to burn all the fuel in an area. A firefighter can get into the black area that has already been burned, which is what we call a safety zone.
The different equipments in the IA pack:
Quick-deploy fire shelter
A variety of hand tools
Reference books for dealing with every kind of fire
Velcro (for repairing clothing and packs)
Extra socks and bandannas
Extra Nomex pants
Extra shoelaces
Lip balm
Earplugs
Goggles
Fusees
Matches
Electrical Tape
